General Terms
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing message-relay.digital and enrolling in MessageRelay Digital Academy programs, you agree to these General Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services. We may update these terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of material changes.
2. Services Description
We provide educational courses, mentor sessions, and related materials in IT and data engineering disciplines. Services are informational and educational. We do not operate as a payment processor on this website; pricing displayed is for reference until you complete enrollment through our admissions process.
3. Account and Enrollment Responsibilities
You must provide accurate contact information. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials for lab environments we provision. Misuse of shared infrastructure, harassment of mentors or peers, or sharing paid materials publicly may result in suspension without refund where permitted by law.
4. Intellectual Property
Course materials, labs, templates, and branding remain our property or our licensors’. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal learning during enrollment. Portfolio use of your own project outputs is encouraged; redistribution of course assets is prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, MessageRelay Digital Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or courses. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the event.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Daejeon Metropolitan City, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise. We encourage informal resolution via hello@message-relay.digital before filing claims.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or acceptable use policies. You may stop using services at any time. Provisions on intellectual property, liability limits, and dispute resolution survive termination.
8. Modifications
We may modify these terms with at least fourteen days’ notice for material changes via email or site banner. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision. Prior versions are available upon request.
